According to the Brazlian Consumer Protection Code, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order at your address.
The jewelry must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and if possible in its original packaging.
Send an email to [email protected], informing your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange/return. You will receive our contact with the necessary information to carry out the exchange/return.
If approved, you will receive a refund within 30 days of receiving the returned products, or in the case of an exchange, we will discuss which piece of jewelry you would like to exchange it for and agree on the details.
The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
